My COVID-19 Response

Firstly I would like to thank you all for your continued support at this difficult time and I hope you are all well. Luckily we had the weather on our side for the majority of it. It was lovely to hear from new and existing clients during this time. 
I heard many stories of your lockdown hair attempts, but now you can sit back and let the professional take over!!!!!
As the Government has said that we can trade again, I am now taking bookings from the 6th July.
Of course things are going to have changed but it will mean that I can safely come and visit you in your home and you can still have your hair appointment.

What You Can Do To Help

  • Please don't let me come to your house if you or anyone of your household has a temperature, continuous cough, loss of          sense of smell or taste or unwell, or has Covid-19.
  • Please do not booked an appointment if you have used air travel within the past 14 days. You may book for 14 days following your return.
  • Please do not let me visit if you have got someone isolating due to school/work closer or from returning abroad.
  • Please inform me if you have been contacted by the TEST AND TRACE COVID-19 team to self isolate as we will have to rearrange the appointment.
  • Please make sure that I have got a clean work area.
  • Please make sure that only the client and myself are in the room together for the appointment. (Babies and small children are        exempt of this).
  • Only people who have an appointment can have their hair done. I will be only carrying enough PPE for the clients I have booked in, I also have to make sure I have enough time to get to all my clients as I am very busy.
  • If you are just having a cut could you please make sure that your hair is wet when I arrive.
  • Weather permitting your appointment can be done in the garden/ balcony etc.
  • All of above when I come and do a skin test also.

           What I Am Going To Do For Your Safety

  • I have taken an online course with BARBICIDE
  • Every client will be given a clean gown, which will be washed each night.
  • I will also have a bottle of BARBICIDE and scissor disinfectant which I will use before and after on my tools.(ie combs, brushes and clips) 
  • I will also inform you if I have been contacted to self isolate and therefore your appointment would be cancelled and rebooked once I was out of isolation.
